Since HTML.edit is essentially operating in the HyperCard environment, I've added an automatic stack compaction feature. Compacting the Editor happens automatically each time you quit if the amount of compactible space exceeds the threshold set by the popUp menu, which defaults to 10%. You can manually compact the Editor by clicking the Compact Now button at any time.
If the Compact Editor on Quit checkbox is not checked, HTML.edit will not compact automatically. Choose Compact Stack from the File menu to compact manually.
